About MPA Programme : MPA stands for Master of Arts in Public Administration. It comes under School of Social Sciences (SOSS). It is a 2 Years master degree courses in India consists of 4 semesters. Eligible students can take admission in MPA course for both January and July admission cycle. Students can apply for admission in online mode only. The admission/application form, notification and procedure is available online at IGNOU official website. After taking admission, IGNOU provide study material/books of their respective course.

For TEE exams, IGNOU uploaded tentative MPA Exam date-sheet 30 days and MPA hall ticket 10 days before term-end Exams. The aim of MPA course is to provide comprehensive knowledge to the students on the nature of public administration in India in the globalization context with focus on the role of the State, Public Sector and Public Private Interface.   • Medium : The medium is in both i.e Hindi and English
  • Eligibility Criteria : All Students who wants to take admission in MPA(M.A in Public Administration) course, students must have Bachelor’s Degree or a higher degree from a recognized University.
  • Duration : This programme can be completed in Minimum(2 Years) and Maximum(5 Years). Applicants can take admission in both cycle
  • Fee Structure : For full programme, the fees is Rs 9,000 which is to be paid year wise @Rs 4500/- per year.

Note : MPA-17 & MPA-18 ( To be taken together). About MPAP-2 Project Work, Learners who opt for Project Work are to write dissertation of 10000-15000 words. This course is recommended for those who are interested in pursuing further studies in Public Administration.

Sir I have enrolled myself in 2013..I have submitted my first year assignments and have taken exams of first year masters in public administration… Then I had also submitted assignment s for second year but I could not write my exams in 2014 because I was posted in Chennai from Dehradun…sir am i elegible to write this exam now? And do I need submit my assignment s again as the URL provided by you is showing that ” information is not provided for this reg ID” ..sir please give me the contact details for concerned authority in Dehradun…and please give some valuable information of writing exams in Chennai???
