The distance university conducted an term end examination twice in a year i.e in the month of June and December for the respective year. As per university, the result declared after 45 days of last exam finished. One more important thing, the university have option for interested students to apply for early declaration of result. To apply, students need to fill Application form for Early Declaration of result for session December 2023 which is available at university web portal.
Who can apply for Ignou Early Declaration of Result?
If any student not able to download, then they can extract application form from the last pages of IGNOU Prospectus 2023-24. Be remember that not every students can apply for early declaration of result.
There are so many eligibility conditions that students must fill before applying for early declaration of their result for the session December 2023. All eligibility conditions is available in the second page of the application form. This option is for those students who are in final semester/year examination or also for backlog students but as maximum 4 backlog courses.
Ignou Early Declaration of Result Procedure for December 2023?
This option is valid for those students who have job offer or wants to get admission in higher study or promotion purpose etc and need to produce mark sheet or grade card with in a specified dates. The university will arrange early declaration of result with in 15 days after the last exam finished. To fill application form, the fee is Rs 700/- per course. If any students want to fill for 3 courses, then need to pay 700*3 = Rs 2100.
The application form fee is to be paid only in the form of DD- Demand Draft in the favour of ‘IGNOU’ & payable at the City of Evaluation Centre. The filled-in application form along with attested photocopy of offer of admission/ employment must be reach to the Evaluation Centre via speed post before the last date mentioned in the Prospectus. The students who have completed their other components such as Assignments, Practical etc except the theory exams for which they can apply for early results.
Interested students can submit their request for early declaration of result before the start of the term-end examination i.e. before 1st June and 1st December for the respective year.
Mainly, candidates whose have filled application form for December term-end exams for year 2023 for December Exams, will be able to check or download the early declaration of result December 2023 after the second week of January month.
